Summer Salad

Here’s a little Summer Salad inspiration ! I’ve used a baby leave mixed salad, Avocado, Raspberry, Peach, Mozzarella, little bit of pepper, salt, olive oil and my delicious Aceto Balsamico, Villa Manodori from Massimo Bottura!
