There is this little restaurant in the village of Flims where they serve the best Alpine food with an italian twist. It’s called Restaurant Cavigilli and it’s in one of the oldest cellars. They try to work with as much local products and so they do with the wines and schnapps as well. I definitely recommend it! Restaurant Cavigilli
